Refund policy

Flowers are a perishable item so we do not accept returns. Refunds for workshops are not given if you cancel due to weather or scheduling conflicts. We are happy to transfer your booking to other available workshops. If you are not happy with the quality or condition of the flowers you receive, please get in touch with photos and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
