Flowers and colours – We only pick what is currently at its best. This will differ from day to day, so every bouquet and bunch is completely unique and will differ from any images displayed on this website and on social media. Stem numbers will differ from week to week, but the value of the flowers is always made up to or over the price paid.
Delivery Policy – Flowers are delivered nationwide next-day by Royal Mail on Tuesday to Friday, or locally by us. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct delivery address. We do not accept any liability for incorrect address details leading to incorrect deliveries. We are not liable for any deliveries unable to be fulfilled due to forces beyond our reasonable control such as severe weather.
Refunds and Returns – Flowers are a perishable item so we do not accept returns. If you are not happy with the quality or condition of the flowers you receive, please get in touch with photos and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Refunds for workshops are not given if you cancel due to weather or scheduling conflicts. We are happy to transfer your booking to other available workshops.
